Witness tells of supplying two Luzerne County judges with cash
SCRANTON - The government's star witness in the "kids for cash" scandal told a federal jury Thursday that he had no choice but to knuckle under to the unrelenting demands for money from a pair of judges who he said had a chokehold over the millions in taxpayer money he collected.
