Sandwich Monday: Meatyballs

By the time we caught up with the Meatyballs Mobile" food truck, they had just five sandwiches left. So we went with the "Choke 'n Chicken": chicken balls, artichokes, mushrooms, shallots, lemon, and truffle oil.
